I am a professional writer and academic editor. Words matter to me in profound ways. From my earliest memories, I have been fascinated by the power of words to create understanding, describe experiences, and transform thought. Because of this, I take care with words.

As an editor, I have worked on numerous master's level theses and doctoral dissertations in fields from the humanities, social sciences, education, applied health sciences, sciences, and business. I have also worked as a developmental editor with academic presses in preparing manuscripts for publication. Rates and further information are located in the editing section.

I have written fiction, poetry, interviews, articles, art and literature essays, and a book on social justice for elementary school students. I am currently working on a book manuscript based on experiences which occurred in the spring of 1999.
